Access & Duration: Upon successful enrollment, you will have access to the course materials and related resources for a period of 36 months from the date of enrollment. This access duration allows you to study at your own pace and revisit the course content as needed within the specified timeframe. Become Acd LLC reserves the right to change the duration of access to the course at any time, with such changes only affecting new enrollments.
Access to New Materials: During the enrollment period, Become Acd LLC may periodically add new materials, learning content, or resources to the course to enrich the learning experience and keep up with current practices and advancements in locksmithing. You will have free access to all added materials at no additional cost, provided that your enrollment duration period is still in effect.
Payment Solutions & Processing: Payment for enrollment is processed securely through our payment processing partners. You can complete the payment either on our website's checkout page or over the phone with one of our agents. Upon successful payment, you gain access to the course materials.
By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge that the price of enrollment has been presented, explained, and understood. Failure to meet any payment obligations will result in immediate termination of access to the course platform and may incur legal collection processes, with any associated fees borne by you.

Tool Kit Liability Waiver and Release: Upon enrollment in the course, students will receive a practice tool kit valued at $500, delivered to the shipping address provided during enrollment. The tools included in the kit are intended solely for educational purposes. It is not obligatory to utilize any tools to complete the course or obtain certification. Individuals unsure of their ability to safely use the tools should refrain from doing so to mitigate any risks, including potential injury to themselves, others, and property damage.
Acknowledging the inherent risks associated with tool usage, including potential injury to self, others, and property damage, students exercise their discretion when choosing to employ the provided tools. By opting to utilize these tools and skills acquired from the course, students voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Become Acd, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, regardless of negligence.
The practice tool kit is procured and dispatched by a third-party company, and Become Acd, LLC does not conduct pre-delivery inspections of the kit or its contents. Consequently, Become Acd, LLC assumes no responsibility for the functionality, integrity, or working condition of the tools provided in the kit.
Course Graduation & Certificate Eligibility: To graduate from the course and receive certification, students must fulfill the following requirements:
Complete all prerequisite mandatory content by watching or reviewing it thoroughly.
Achieve a passing score of at least 85% on all exams conducted throughout the course.
Become Acd, LLC reserves the right to modify the requirements for course completion and certificate issuance at its discretion.
License and Certification Disclaimer: While our course strives to offer comprehensive locksmithing knowledge, we cannot assure that our certificate will fulfill specific employer or state licensing prerequisites.
Please be aware that certain states, counties, jurisdictions, and municipalities mandate individuals interested in pursuing a locksmithing career to acquire a locksmith license. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, access to the course platform and all course content will be terminated, along with all communications from our company. Please note that canceling enrollment after credentials have been used or access has been granted to the platform does not qualify for a refund, regardless of course completion status.

Non-Refundable Enrollment Fees: Once credentials have been used to access the platform, enrollment fees become non-refundable.
